Port Macquarie Hastings Rural Sales is a local independent business that was established in 1996.

We specialise in the marketing of properties from Taree in the South, Valla in the North and to Walcha in the West.

We believe the right property is out there for everyone and it is our job to either find or market that property for you.

Our business is unique to the industry in the way we pool our commissions and profit share, which means that not just one of the team is working for you but the whole team!

Our sales team are young and extremely energetic priding ourselves in our honesty and loyalty to our clients and customers, integrity is our number one priority. We are involved in several community events and we plan to be the Rural Specialist in the area for many more years to come.

THE TEAM:

Peter Richards - is the licensee of Port Macquarie Hastings Rural Sales and has sold real estate locally for the past nine years. Peter comes from a farming background and breeds Santa Gertrudis, Brangus cattle and Quarter horses at his properties at Kundabung and on the Lower Macleay.







Neil Hobbis - has eight years experience in rural property sales. Bred on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and drawn to the area twelve years ago by his parents cattle and goat property at Byabarra. Neil is originally from the building trade giving him ample knowledge in many fields.







Jamie Mainey - from three generations in the rural industry on the Macleay River in both dairy and beef farming, Jamie has a lot of knowledge to offer. Previously Jamie has been involved in the building trade along with the management of a Bullock fattening operation that the family has run in the Macleay area on their own and leased properties.







Tony Morton - has lived and worked in the Hastings district for forty years and has been involved with beef cattle production, hobby farming, goat breeding, caged birds, Hastings Wood Working Guild and Rotary Club of Wauchope.







Kirstie Shaw - has been with Port Macquarie Hastings Rural Sales since 2001. Kirstie has grown up in Wauchope both in town and on a dairy farm. She now lives in Port Macquarie with her son Alexzander.





Emily Shennan - has grown up with a love for the rural way of life. Emily has lived in the Hastings area for the past eight years, spending most of her time on her bike in the bush.



Sandra Reynolds - has lived in Port Macquarie her whole life and has recently joined our team after returning from living in London and travelling Europe.



Hayley Nash - joined our team in early 2008 after completing her HSC at Camden Haven High School. Hayley has lived in Hannam Vale for the past ten years where she spends most of her time on her parents’ farm.



We have properties to suit horticulture, aquaculture, beef, goats, alpacas, horses, eco-tourism, hobby farms, grazing, cropping, boutique farming or those that just want the good old country lifestyle.
